In the 9 years that Maretha has owned and managed Lord Somerset Guest House, there has been many a traveler and guest, locally and abroad that has stayed and enjoyed their hospitality. Some more famous than others include; Patricia Lewis, Bruce Fordyce, Fanie de Villiers, Andrew Hall, Sarel van der Merwe, Roberto (known for his pan flute music) and the S.A. Airforce among others.
